 ACCESSIBILITY:

The Centre is fully accessible for everyone. There is level access at the ground floor with a disabled push button automated double door. The foyer has enough room for wheelchairs and mobility scooters to turn and manoeuvre to enter our lift to access the second floor. We have gender-neutral disabled toilet facilities and wheelchair accessible fire exits on both floors.

We have a hearing loop system integrated in the main hall and there is parking available for blue badge holders in Chapel Street pay and display car park situated directly outside the Anchorage (subject to payment as per the council signage). In addition to the disabled toilet facilities, we also have male and female toilets on the ground floor.

ROOM HIRE: (Subject to availability)

Main Hall & Kitchen – we have a large hall which can be hired between 9am and 4pm for either a half or full day. Subject to individual consideration, there is also some availably for hire on evenings and weekends. Next to the hall we have a fully equipped kitchen which is available to use with the hire of the main hall, with a double hatch into the main hall. The hall is equipped with a projector and screen to use with laptops and similar devices.

We have 9 large tables and 10 smaller tables which can be used in any formation, with 58 chairs in the hall; this can be increased on request with prior arrangement/booking.

 Small Meeting Room / Treatment Room (Ground Floor) – the room has a small desk and chair; it is suitable for one-to-one meetings or treatments.

 Upper Lounge / Conference Room & Kitchenette – the room has 4-5 tables that can you are welcome to use in any formation or can fold / store them for assembly style events. More tables or chairs can be provided on request with prior arrangement/booking. The small kitchenette in the upper lounge provides a mains hot water boiler, a microwave, a toaster, a small sink, crockery & cutlery. If you require any additional kitchen facilities, we do have the main kitchen on the ground floor (subject to availability).

 Medium Meeting Room / treatment Room (second floor) – the room has a desk and chairs available for use, and there is a physio couch in the room. Suitable for small meetings or treatment.
