TASS Charges:

Volunteer Car Scheme

Our team of wonderful volunteer drivers collect clients from their home and take them to medical appointments – Hospital, GP & Dentist – subject to driver availability

The driver will stay for up to 2 hours, appointments requiring additional time will be charged as a double journey.

Charges to be paid to the driver at the end of the journey in cash:

Admin Fee – £8.00

Empty Mileage – 45p per mile from the drivers address to the clients address as a return.

Passenger Mileage – 55p per mile from clients address to appointment as a return.

Accessible Berlingo

For 1 wheelchair user and 3 passengers plus the driver. This can be booked with a TASS volunteer driver, subject to driver availability or without a driver (full UK driving licence required).

Medical Appointments or to TASS Anchorage Centre:

Within a 15 mile radius, minimum charge £26.00 (including admin fee) £1 per addtional mile for trips over 15 miles.

General Use:

Admin Fee £8.00 plus £1.50 per mile

Minimum Charge £75 (up to 50 miles) £1 per additional mile (over 50 miles)

Refundable Deposit:

£50 for daily hire or £100 over one day

Charges:

Part day / same day return by 2pm only – £10

24 hours – £20

Weekend (Friday to monday morning) – £50 (£10 discount on day rate)

Week – £125 (£15 discount on day rate)

Refundable Deposit:

£20 for daily hire or £50 over one day

Charges:

Part Day/same day return before 2pm only – £6

24 Hours – £12

Weekend (Friday to Monday morning) – £30 (£6 discount on day rate)

Week – £60 (£24 discount on day rate)
